- Drop-off or Ship-in your drive. If you are close to one of our labs, feel free to setup an appointment to drop-off. We even offer pickups if you are close by. If you are a ways away, we will have you ship your drive in for recovery. We offer a few options for shipping it in to make it easy for you.
- That is it! Now you just sit back and relax and let us take care of the rest. We will get your drive in, start with a diagnosis to verify the issue and make a plan to get the data off your drive. We will keep you updated throughout the process and let you know as soon as the data is safe and sound and ready to send back to you.
